Preliminary Draft Master Plan 2009 Preliminary Draft Environment Strategy 2009 The period for public consultation and submission of written comments on the Preliminary Draft Master Plan 2009 and Preliminary Environment Strategy 2009 is now closed. No further submissions will be accepted. Moorabbin Airport Corporation will have regard to all written comments submitted and if necessary modify the Draft Master Plan and Environment Strategy in the light of the points that have been raised. A copy of all written comments will be forwarded to the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government for his review along with the Draft Master Plan and Environment Strategy submissions. Submission of a Draft Master Plan and Draft Environment Strategy will be made to the Minister in early August 2009 and it is expected that a decision will be made on each document in October 2009. Copies of the Preliminary Draft Master Plan 2009 and Preliminary Environment Strategy 2009 are retained on this website for your information. However, until these have been approved by the Minister, the current Final Master Plan 2004 and Final Environment Strategy 2004 both remain in force.
